I am a GC looking for a partner with the ability to fund a Bergen County NJ flip

Purchase price $330,00

Rehab $125,000-$150,000 (Add a level with high end kitchen and baths)

ARV $645,00

The 125K-150K is a conservative number and the 645K ARV is based on the house across the street which sold in September. It was an identical house that someone added a level and sold.
