Looking for an insurance agent for my rehab properties
If you are an insurance agent and specialize in helping investors who deal with rehabs and buy and hold properties, please reach out to me.
I'm sick of shady insurance agents and dealing with these companies. If you are one of those, don't contact me because I will call you out on these forums when you start to display the same characteristics. If you are good, you will deal with me and all the investors that I manage properties for and I will give you such a glowing reference, people will think I work for you.
Since moving to the US the biggest racket in my opinion is insurance. Why people don't get more upset and do something about the ridiculousness of that entire industry in beyond me.
Insurance in other countries in not like it is here.
