We can do Non-recourse for people who have a minimum of eight years experience in that situation.

48 contiguous states, for SFR portfolios of more than 10SFRs:
- Portfolio acquisition and rehab
- advance rate - up to 80% of purchase price
- Interest rate starting at 8% (depends on underwriting)
- Term 12-24 months
- Min loan amount $1M and Max is $20M
- 30-40 days = time to close
- Non recourse (need several years of experience)
