Greetings BP,

There are some great threads here on BP regarding Real Estate Crowdfunding. If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to learn more about this growing area of real estate investing.

One of the exciting aspects of Real Estate Crowdfunding is it allows accredited investors to invest in deals with top-tier developers like @Ankit Duggal.

We at www.FundThatFlip.com are excited to have Ankit on our Board of Advisors as well as to be funding his latest deal.

If you've ever wanted to invest with some of BiggerPocket's best and brightest, now is your chance! Check out Ankit's deal and let us know what you think.  We're just a call or email away to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks and happy investing!

Matt
