We are looking for 8 more people interested in learning the ropes of becoming a real estate wholesaler

This is a 3-month mentorship and you get to keep 50% of the commission from each deal you close.

Our mentorship program will require individuals to come to our Carlsbad, CA office but hours are flexible.

NO APPLICATION FEE but if you are accepted into the program there is a one time payment of $150. This is reimbursed if you close a deal.

    This is new for us. We've been flipping and wholesaling for a few years now in the San Diego area. 

    We developed a new tool called VestorTech.com that finds undervalued properties on the MLS. We had requests from our community to teach how to wrap up wholesale deals from the properties on the site, so that's what we're doing. We decided to allow about 20 people from the bigger pocket community to join in so that's why I posted.

    But if you are a seasoned wholesaler and just need buyers we can help there too.

     My husband and I are new to wholesaling. I'm a licensed real estate agent and we are both looking to learn. We live in Los Angeles. What are the days and times for the mentorship?
