Palm Springs SFR Fixer w/Pool Wanted

Looking to buy a fixer 3/2/1200+ SFR with pool for a family retreat and vacation rental. Would like to be East of Palm Canyon Drive; North of East Palm Canyon; West of South Farrell, and South of East Vista Chino. I live in LA and can view property relatively quickly.     Hi Steven,

    For a fixer, I want to be near the $300k mark. I want to buy, renovate, and have all my costs under 70% of ARV.
