Need a loan to refi raw land looking for 75-80% on appraised

I am looking for a lender for some raw land I own in Vermont. It will be a refinance. The appraised value is 200,000. Also looking for a construction loan.

    Hey David, FYI, no lender will go above 50% on a raw land refi.  

    What do you need the construction loan for?
