Well capitalized investor looking to purchase several multi-unit apartments. Primary areas are Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Lakeview, Logan Square and other north side neighborhoods. They are looking for anything from 4 units up to 200 units. Cap rate needs to be at least 6.5% and may be willing to go to 5%. Investor has POF for up to $30M. Prefer off market properties.
