need a rental property in orlando under 70k cash.  Must be able to rent it for 1000+ not in pinehills

    Wish I could help you out, but If you ever need props in Jacksonville please let me know. I have "several" in the J'ville area (off-market wholesale deals). I am direct to seller; but unfortunately we don't have anything in Orlando right now.
