Hi BPers,
I'm searching for 2 to 4 unit properties in and around the OKC area. Seems like decent ones that will cashflow are very hard to find, so any tip on a small multifamily property would be greatly appreciated!
I had one of my contacts shoot me a pair of newer duplexes (not listed) to look at a couple of days ago. I really liked the property, but the exit strategy didn't fit what I am currently looking for. If cash flow is your objective and you don't mind holding them for a while, it may be worth a look.
