looking for wholesale deals
Hi guys,
I just joined the site and im a buy and hold investor that currently has single family in UT, TX, IN, ND, MO, NE
Im currently looking for some wholesalers for properties i can add to my portfolio. Also looking for relationships and advice as i build the RE empire :)
Dont have any experience in apartments and looking for all the education i can get in the niche to see if its something that would make sense for my situation.
