Out of state investors looking for SOLID investments in Atlanta area. Would you please contact me if.....
1) If you are either an ACTIVE wholesaler/rehabber in North Atl (preferably north of 285 loop) who can SOURCE deals to me to buy and flip or buy/fix and rent out
2) If you are an agent or investor who can source small apartment complexes that have immediate equity value or value add potential?
