My goal is to buy 3-4 properties in Houston area that need light to med rehab 10-25K and either keep and rent out or flip it for profit. I am looking for an experienced, serious and honest full time rehabber or contractor (who can show a track record of flip success and knowledge in the market and repairs) to partner up with. I can front more cash and we can split up profits at the end...
