We have a pre-foreclsoure note/mortgage on a property in Inkster, Michigan for sale for $3,750.00. Its occupied by a tenant, and not stripped. Roof is in great shape and you can assume the foreclosure. Its a 2/1 built in 1954 with 1,256 sq ft of living area. Zillow puts ARV at $41,143. PM me for more info.
