@Brett St Clair it is mostly original. You can rent it as is or update the kitchens/baths, etc to see about getting more rental income

@Brett St Clair The home next door which is a 2bd, 2ba(no 2nd kitchen) is rented at $2k. The seller lives in this home and rents the basement for $800.
True rental rates depend on how you decide to rent it. Figure 600-700 per room if rented by the room or ~$2500 plus as a whole unit.
