Currently under rehab and expect completion by mid February.  Perfect timing to advertise for those Spring time movers!

House has been stripped to the studs, all new electrical and pex plumbing. All new bathroom fixtures including tub, shower, vanity etc. New kitchen cabinetry, sink, counter. Closet doors, you name it, even the front door - its all new!.... well, except the roof. But it is still in good shape!

I bought this for myself, had a bad contractor experience, lost my money and now looking to recoup so I can start again.  VERY sad to sell this house as it will be a great little income producer in a very solid neighborhood of Indianapolis.
