Wholesaler Seeking Investor Friendly Realtor

Hi this is Jeff an out of state property wholesaler from Profiting Properties and I'm looking for an Investor friendly Real Estate Agent in the Broward County Florida area to assist me with pulling COMPs on deals that come across my desk. Often when negotiating with sellers, most are asking for close to retail value, but because I'm a cash buyer, I need to buy at a steep discount and I end up having to pass on these deals. I want to be able to assist these homeowners with selling their properties on the open market and also add value to my services by passing these potential deals over to you. In addition, any properties that you've pulled COMPs on that closes, you'll receive a cash bonus from the proceeds of the sale for your assistance.
