Same here, would love to get on some wholesalers' lists in Atlanta.
My partners and I focus on Cobb County but are open to nearby counties as well if the deal is good. We fix and flip properties with ARV in the $180-250k range, have done 20 deals already, pay cash, and can close in 14 days. Looking forward to hearing from you!
