Looking for hard money loan
I have a deal under contract, $90,000 purchase price, rehab of $20,000 and ARV of $154,900. Looking for hard money lender to cover purchase price and rehab. Local lender I have been using has money tied up and looking to get this one funded and build a new relationship for this and future deals as well.
