Hard Money New York
I am looking for a few lenders, hard money, that base decisions on the deal. The folks I used to work with are not available any longer. I had a great team and closed many deals with them. I am looking for 1-4 family properties on Long Island and need to set up the funding before I do all the leg work and then find and scramble for a lender. Anyone that can advise, please help me out.
