We NOW Lend Hard Money in FLORIDA
We now lend hard money in FLORIDA
What's different with us?
1. We lend money even to newbies (in most states)
2. We lend up to $2M (most hard money lenders lend up to $1M)
3. Our interest rate goes down the more loans or the more deals you do with us (in some states, our lowest interest rate is ONLY 7%!)
4. We also provide GAP FUNDING (if you're an experienced rehabber) so it's possible to do a fix-n-flip with NO money out of your pocket!
and
5. Lastly, we also facilitate JOINT VENTURES (you have the deal, we can find you a good rehabber who can do the work while lining up hard money financing for you)
For more information, or if you have a deal and you need money quickly, contact the head of our lending operations - Jai Sookhakitch at [email protected] or check our website - HHSCapital.com.

careful folks...this guy never answers me and is not properly licensed and registered in a lot of these states that require a lender to be. Due diligence is important...NEVER pay fees up front...and be certain who you are dealing with when you are providing sensitive personal and it business information.
You can check nmlsconsumeraccess.org for licensing requirements and registration for companies and individuals that offer loans as a start. You can do entity searches on the Secretary of State websites in every state in the US to see if s company is actually a business. Do not just think because they are here...they are legitimate. There are lots of scammers everywhere sadly.
