Looking for a reputable mortgage person in AZ -

Hi BP friends!

I live in Tempe, AZ and have my first accepted offer on an investment property.  I decided to start small since this is my first 100% rental and and offer of  73k was accepted,  I spoke to my mortgage guy this morning and he said he is not even sure that a loan that small can be funded by his bank.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Also- does anyone in AZ have someone in mortgage they have used and can recommend.  Thanks for any info!
