I have a property in NC that would make a great investment property that I would like to purchase. Looking for $120,000. Proven rental area and no rehab needed.
@John Turner - I work with several Canadian investors scattered across the U.S. I help them obtain financing for both either fix/flip and/or buy/hold. For Foreign Nationals, be prepared for 25-30% cash down on turnkey investment purchases. You will also need to show 6 months of PITIA reserves in your bank account.
