    If it has a house plus lots of property around the house, that could work too.

    The price depends on the acreage, location, availability of city water/sewer. Ideally looking for 5+ acres. Realistically we are not interested in anything under 1 acre, or over $1 Million. But my hope is that the price would be around half of that.
