There are a few agents that I have hears do some PM up there but none that are a full scale company. Cabot is a great place to invest and we spend a significant amount of money marketing to home owners there. We score a number of great sub to deals lately which are really what we are after. If I hear of anything I will be sure to let you all know.

    They are both SFRs--2 bdrms.  I don't market in AR---weird coincidence but I dialed the wrong number and that wrong number wants to sell both her rentals.  I'm trying to set up someone that could go take photos and do a couple of other physical tasks should the seller and I come to agreement on a soft offer range.

    @Deborah Hardin, I was wondering are there any good PM companies in Cabot? I have been interested in investing in that market but would need a good PM to make that happen.
