Two houses with long term tenants in place. Both pay on time. The other address is 1303 Carswell ave waycross Ga. They pay per certified check but there are realtors available to manage the properties. Very little differed maintenance and tenants are a dream.

Let me know, realtors put commission on top and wholesalers put your fee on top too pls. As is, drive by only do not disturb the tenants pls
