You mentioned the holdings you had on the west side of Atlanta, any reason your buying out there? Also are the holdings "dirt lots" now. That you currently own?
My focus is in the North East Atlanta market where I live and do most of my rehabs.

Thanks for the follow up note! Actually, I have owned the lots before 2008 so I'm waiting for the recovery which is now about 90%. I lived there for 7 years and was planning on living there longer but business called to the north and I'm here and Atlanta is 9 hours by car and I need to better utilize my cash flow for investment so if I can find Private Lenders to borrow against the lots that is an improvement or if I sell all 3 lots [all Lake View in Lake Carroll in Carrollton Georgia] and the rental home together that is even a better improvement. So if you know someone that has an interest let me know...I have lots of photos taken [frost on the early morning grass] All lots and house is on 2.18 acres. Gentleman estate!
