This is a great rent house on the west side of San Antonio (off Culebra Road, not far from St. Mary's University). It's currently rented for $700 on a month-to-month lease agreement. Truly outstanding tenants!
The tenant is currently occupying 2 bedrooms, but there is also a third bedroom (that was added on a few years ago) that can easily be finished out (basically just taped and floated), and then rented out as well.
Wanted to give Bigger Pockets folks first dibs on this before I list this on MLS.

Hi Lee - just sent you some info. I hate to let this one go, but at the moment, I'm trying to free up some cash to do some updates and renovations to my primary residence.
It's got a big backyard, a great front porch, and the neighbors really look out for one another (and have also looked out for me in the past-during periods of vacancy, etc.).
