If you're looking for great deals in Maryland I have them.  I have 3 houses that are $150,000+ below market value and I have 2 houses that are $200,000+ below market value.  I'm constantly receiving and finding great deals.  If you're looking for a good deal in Maryland please feel free to contact me.

    Hey Bob,

    I will be moving to Severna Park in mid November and am looking for a house there. I want to buy my residence with a VA loan of around $300,000. After selling my current home I will have around $100,000 to start partnering with investors and get some experience. Do you have any advice or know of any good properties? Thanks in advance.
