This is a nice 3 bed/1 bath fixer-upper in Salisbury, North Carolina that would make a great rental house! Needs new cabinets, flooring, HVAC, and some roof repair. Would rent in a heartbeat for 600+ a month fixed up. Estimated repair is around 20k so your all in price is going to be 45-50k max. Good ROI. Bring an offer!!
