Hello BP Family,

I'm a new investor to the Atlanta area and I'm looking for potential partners on the ground for flips.

I'm a newbie to the flipping world, but have done as much reading/listening as I think one human can without their head exploding lol.

@John Quiles - John, with your 9 flips completed, I can secure 75% of ARV, 10% and 3.5 pts. On 11+ flips, I can secure 9 and 3. 8 month term for both.
