I am continually looking for institutional, lenders, private money lenders, and private investors who have an appetite to work in a JV or GAP financing capacity.

We're offering a 15% flat return on the money invested into each real estate deal. This 15% if continually invested should yield somewhere between 30% - 45% over the next 12 months as each real estate investment is taking between 4 months to 6 months from start to finish. Tell me where you can get returns like that?

The money will be protected by a specific contract, personal guaranty and it will recorded on the real property in the form of a deed of trust so the lien will be paid off directly to you when it is sold.

If you have money and want to make a  solid return than this is for you. Call me at 310-948-8585 or email me at [email protected]
