Hello BP!

I've been posting marketplace ads and meeting new investors on this site without much trouble but great success. So I wanted to introduce myself and officially put myself and my services out there. I am based in the Tampa Bay area and work for a wholesale investment brokerage called NetWorth Realty. I am looking for both local and out of state investors that may be interested in starting or continuing to invest in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Most of our properties are off-market deals, I can close quickly and can promise to give you the greatest customer service I can provide. If you have any questions or concerns or interest, please feel free to reach out to me via here or by email or phone. I would love to talk to each and every one of you and continue to find success on BP.

Thank you!
