I've got a terrific opportunity with a North Dallas Flip. Under contract for $180K, with an ARV of $420K+, depending on scope of rehab. The rehab will be extensive, around $100K. However, the neighborhood is great, with massive appreciation. Large corner lot with pool, tons of potential! I am needing a partner willing to fund 100%.
