    @Rodney Harris. Have you seen the properties that are listed on the MLS already? 5 duplex properties hit the market yesterday in Joco that are priced in the 130k - 200k range. Let me know if you are interested and I can send them your way.

    Everything else I have that matches your criteria is in Leavenworth and St. Joe. Thx!

    @Kyle Anderson Most of what I have is in Leavenworth and St. Joe. Mix of single family, duplex, 4 plex, etc. Would like to sell as a package. Great value add opportunity as current owner has interests elsewhere. Let me know if interested and I can get some information in you hands. Thx!

    I'm interested in this whole area but have never looked at financing as a package. Locations don't bother me at all.
