    I'm sending a direct message, but what kind of investing are you interested in? Are you looking for a rehab project to flip or something to buy and hold?

    I'd be happy to help with both, but that might help give some direction to anyone who may reply! As they say it's usually good practice to interview a few potential people to work with

    The type of property we are looking for will actually depend on the property. We will do wholesale, flip, and hold.
