Looking for a condo/townhouse/SFR close to downtown Denver

If you have any off-market property in the Denver, CO area. Convenient bus commute preferred. 2 or 3 bedrooms with at least 2 baths. Price range anywhere from $150k to $220K. Move-in ready preferred. Minor fixed OK. Will consider if the number works out with BiggerPockets' rental analysis. Needed before Christmas for my daughter with a tenant or two.

    @Tek Chai Will aurora work? I'm going to look at one this week around $180k. 2bd, 2bath right on the light rail.

     It's a condo over in Cherry Grove. Alameda and 225. Just got word of another one near 225 and 70 on the East side. 2/2 and working on price with the seller now.

    Thanks @Kevin Grinstead and @Matt M. for your suggestions. I went with a Redfin agent to Aurora today. Both communities are great. As long as public commute is convenient, it's a plus.

    The two I mentioned are off market. A Redfin agent will more than likely show you "on market" just so you know.
