I'm personally interested as I'm an active investor here in town. I also have clients that do the same.
So I'm guessing 400 block from the price you have on it. If so, that is not really Sloan's Lake but Barnum. As I said, big difference; I'll pass.

@Matt M. Yes, you are correct, it's ride on the other side of Colfax. A buyer picked this one up for last night for $153k but I didn't mind, just wanted it moved quickly. I have one coming up in Centennial, if I get that one under contract are you interested in the area? I'm not sure we've connected on here before and if I have your buying criteria.
