I'm looking for a quadplex that is located in or around the St. Louis area.  I know this is more difficult to find in the area so I'll keep this rather vague and see what St. Louis has to offer.

    @Dan McCluskey can probably help you out. Shoot him a PM. He deals with clients who own quite a bit of multi family in the more desirable parts of town.
