Historic Flip in Dallas with HUGE margin!

Selling a historic home, built in 1913 in east Dallas for $220k. This home needs a lot of work and needs everything redone. I am estimating about $160k worth of work but once completed it'll be beautiful. The elevation is a victorian style home worth about $575k-$600k completely redone.
