    I think that's called McDonough-Guice and your price is higher than the seller's ask of $99k.  Did you make improvements?

    Thanks for the input Rick.  My brokerage has the property under contract.  Their were multiple offers for the property so we went to a highest and best situation. 

    1582 Pontiac Place Is just a short walk from the Park.
