Looking for Hard Money or Private in Florida

Hi!  I am a real estate investor who specializes in fix and flips in target markets nationwide.  I am looking for private money or hard money lenders in Florida to assist in financing properties we get under contract and turn in 4 to 6 months.

    @Sheryl Griffin - if you are very active/seasoned, you may qualify for an Investor Line-of-Credit.  This is from ONE lender, so you don't have to shop your deals every time.  BPO's are conducted vs. Appraisals, thus speeding up the closing process.
