Seeking a program for a small strip mall. We've just purchased via land contract a 7K SF, 4 Unit strip center off the interstate in Southwest Michigan. Looking for 18-36 month facility to renovate and occupy. $375K PP, $150K Rehab. 80% LTV all in. Experienced team in place.

    @Scott Matthew C. - Yes, have rehab estimates in place all with contractors I'm currently working with on other projects.
