Property consists of 4 units – 16 Total Bedrooms with two 3 bed/2 baths and two 5 bed/2 baths. Half of the house has been renovated, the other half needs work. Laundry on site, no parking, all leases expire August 31st, renewal notices due April 1st. Renovating 2 of 4 units could increase monthly rent by $400 or so.
