Hot off market deal in Yonkers
Hello fellow BPers. I am currently working on an off market 3 family house in Yonkers with a finished legal basement. Each unit in the house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The basement is a 1 bed and 1 bath unit. The property has been vacant for the last 7 months. Some renovations will need to be done, mostly cosmetic. The one major job would be the roof. Repairs will average around 75-95k.
