Great neighborhood in the Richardson ISD!! The roof was replaced in 2016, HVAC is in great condition and no signs of foundation problems. Currently the house sits as a 3/1.5 but the rehab plan is to make it a 4/2 with the master bed and bath in the back add on the was done. Rehab includes caving in the pool, plumbing, windows and complete cosmetic update.
