Hello BP Investors,
I am a wholesaler looking to build my list of cash buyers. I center mainly in Dane County, WI (Madison, Middleton, Sun Prairie, etc.) and properties I find are mostly all fixer uppers.
Please let me know if you are a potential buyer for fixer uppers! Or even fix and buy-and-hold.
Please provide buying criteria in response. Qualified and capable (reliable) cash buyers only please.
I am looking for a flip opportunity in your area. I'm actually looking for something closer to Wrightstown and, more specifically, on properties with unfinished basements. Do you have anything in that might fit one or both of those criteria?
