I am a Real Estate Broker in the King/Pierce county area, myself and my business partner are currently looking for an investor or partner that can help fund our next deal with us. We are parting  ways with our current investor and are looking for someone to come on board either as a partner or a "behind the scenes" investor. 

Both my partner and  I have a strong background in property management and have managed our flips from beginning to end , to date we have now flipped 4 homes together and hoping to do our 5th soon!

We have a great home on the line that we would love to acquire, we have done all of the work for you....pulled the comps, ran the numbers and have a bid in hand from our contractor, what we don't  want to resort to  we REALLY don't want to have to work with a hard money lender unless its absolutely necessary.

Due to the 20% down most HML's require and this being our first flip without our investors funds, we may be left with no other option for our first flip or 2 unfortunately.
