We are a property manager increasingly focused on commercial assets.  We have 38 residential unit property management contracts ranging from 1 to 8 units which we would like to sell.  We have stopped taking on these size properties, but continue to get interest in us managing them.  We would sell the contracts and continue to refer business to the buyer.  We are getting $41k in fees annually from these properties.  Please let me know if you are someone you know would be interested.
