    Hello Rob,

    Do you avoid buy and hold clients interested in a BRRRR strategy who will cash out of private or hard money for a conventional loan?

    Hey Amon,

    We do not avoid buy and hold clients and are working on a long term rental program. We should have something available similar to the BRRRR strategy sometime in 2018. Stay tuned!
